King’s Road Park is a masterplan in London’s Hammersmith & Fulham borough. This phase includes the construction of two slender residential towers, standing at 28 and 38 storeys, alongside a seven-storey podium building. Collectively, these structures will house 357 new homes, many of which will be dual-aspect apartments featuring corner balconies that offer expansive views of both the park and the London skyline. The design also incorporates communal spaces, such as a ground-level amenity area within the podium and a rooftop garden sheltered by a louvred canopy, ensuring year-round usability.

A significant aspect of the project is its emphasis on enhancing green spaces and promoting biodiversity. The development will introduce 1.9 acres of new parkland and public open space, featuring a community park, public square, children’s play areas, and natural habitats designed to foster a 112% net gain in biodiversity. Notably, the site includes a restored Grade II* listed gasholder, which will serve as a historic focal point within the park.

The project’s design also focuses on sustainability and urban connectivity by reducing the number of towers from three to two, increasing floorplate sizes, and maximizing the distance between the towers. These changes aim to reduce embodied carbon, improve fire safety, and increase daylight within the park by 59%, while enhancing pedestrian links between King’s Road and Imperial Wharf station.
